Return Policy

Returns

At BNB, we believe in our products. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we will offer you a 30-day refund (minus the original shipping charges). You will only be required to ship the unused item(s) back to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Please contact us for specific return instructions.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received, we will send you a notification email. Your refund will then be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card (or original method of payment) within a 10 day period. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

If you enjoy the product, but discover that the scent does not suit you, please contact us and we would be happy to do an even exchange of any other scent of the same product as long as it is within 30 days of your original purchase. You will only be required to pay the extra shipping charge for the new scent. 

If you receive an item that has been damaged, please contact us and we will send you the same item at no additional charge.
